All content in Chantora, including mantras, text, audio, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Khezora LLP or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission. Mantras themselves are sacred and public domain, but our presentation, audio recordings, and explanations are copyrighted.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Chantora is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. Use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khezora LLP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Chantora, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Chantora is a spiritual and wellness tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing serious health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Chantora at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
